Our world is full of multifaceted, amazing, unique human beings. Putting together very different human beings at work can be challenging to create an environment where infinite differences are welcomed and embraced in a way that enables individuals, teams and organizations to thrive. If the world has taught us anything since 2020, it has shown us that we can do much better where diversity, equity and inclusion are concerned.

Change Essentials is committed to creating work environments where individuals and teams of all backgrounds can engage, succeed and thrive. We help people strengthen their awareness about diversity, equity and inclusion through designing and facilitating powerful awareness and skill building programs. Virtual and in person facilitated programs have included a focus on unconscious bias, different identities, equity, multiculturalism, microaggressions, empathy and other skills for effective inclusion.

For practical application and to ensure change sticks, we drive our clients to identify specific commitments to action they can make at the individual, team, and organizational level that will foster more inclusive, equitable, and engaging work environments.

We work with senior executives to build DE&I strategic plans and associated OKRs that support DE&I at the strategic organizational level.

We also infuse a healthy dose of DE&I into our leadership and team development to ensure the programs are deeply meaningful for all individuals and have the potential to be transformational.
