IT Assessment is a participative 3-month program designed by Change Essentials to baseline the current organizational state, gain employee insights, and collaboratively prioritize IT roadmap.

Designed to increase organizational alignment, clarify priorities, and identify risks. Expected outcomes include:

  • Independent assessment of strengths and weaknesses
  • Findings and recommendations report
  • Validated IT roadmap with actionable next steps
  • Greater awareness of IT staff perceptions and capabilities

After initial consultation and data collection a tailored IT Assessment Survey is conducted to gain broad organizational insight. The core service offering can be expanded to include interviews and meeting observation to assess skills and team dynamics.

An IT Assessment is an important first step in developing an actionable plan to align IT capabilities and capacity with the needs of the organization.
