Virtual Format For Maximum Client Flexibility

Cultivating Resilience® is a practical, interactive, and research-based 4 month program designed by Change Essentials specifically to strengthen organizational capacity through increased individual resilience.

Offered through a virtual format for increased participant flexibility and accessibility, the program is highly interactive. It is designed to enable participants to build strong cross organizational relationships while reducing their immediate stress and increasing their overall resilience. Research-based topics to strengthen resilience include:

  • Learned Optimism
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Establishing Clear Boundaries
  • Participants are supported by individual 1:1 coaching to deepen their learning and strengthen their application back on the job.

The Cultivating Resilience® program can be customized to meet organizational needs – e.g. tailored case studies can be used, and the delivery can be blended to included in person classroom training and online facilitation.
